Your sponsorship of the Cattle Baron’s Ball funds cancer research. It helps ensure that the next time someone you care about is diagnosed with cancer, treatments will have continued to evolve and be more effective than today. Your support helps change the trajectory of cancer diagnoses globally, but maybe most significantly, locally. The treatment your neighbor down the street receives or that your favorite co-worker is undergoing, was likely funded by the ACS. By funding cancer research, we ensure that our community is safer and our loved ones have better odds in their fight. In addition to funding research, your sponsorship will also support local resources for those with cancer diagnosis, such as transportation to treatments, emotional counseling, and lodging for extended hospitalizations - including the ACS Hope Lodge in our region. With ACS, your support plays a vital role in providing a lifeline of hope for families navigating this difficult journey, ensuring that no family fights alone. ACS offers a network of caring individuals who understand the challenges of cancer, providing encouragement and reassurance, and that helps carry the burden during this challenging time.
